A selection of papers regarding the Brazilian company, most of which are copies generated by or received by the Berkhamsted office.
A copy from a newspaper giving an official notification regarding the Brazilian company (from 1955) is included.
Some of the papers relate to a restructuring of the Brazilian company in 1964. There are also copies (translations) of the original statutes (equivalent to Articles of Association) for the company.
Originally placed with papers of the Managing Director of Cooper McDougall & Robertson Ltd, but catalogued here for ease of use.
