Description

Observations by Charles Middleton, as Comptroller of the Navy, on two reports on conditions at Haslar Hospital, Gosport. The first report was by Admiral [Samuel] Barrington and others, the second by the Commissioners of Sick and Wounded Seamen, in the form of a commentary on Barrington's report.
