Notes

Joanne Laura Beggs currently lives in Manchester but is originally from Chester. She is Head of Development and Resources at the Whitworth Art Gallery in Manchester. On the plinth she will be dressed up as a rag doll in character, painted face and false pink eyelashes. This character is from her theatre company's repertoire. Talks about her work and what is happening at the gallery at the moment and why she moved back up north.
