A catalogue of the genuine collection of curious subjects of natural history: Consisting of Great variety of scarce and beautiful shells, corals, minerals, petrifactions, stuffed birds, insects, &c. Together with antique gems, statues, busts, lamps, fibolas, etruscan and roman earthern-ware, and other remains of antiquity. As also various pieces of antient statined glass, pictures, (among which is a capital miniature portrait of General George Monk, Duke of Albermarle, by Cooper,) Prints, and drawings, framed and glased, &c. of Edward Jacob, Esq., F.A.S. of feversham, author of antiquities of feversham, plantæ fevershamienes, sheepy fossils, &c. and of the the Rev. Mr. Lightfoot, chaplain to the late Dutchess Dowager of Portland, both deceased: which by order of their executors, will be sold by auction, by Mr. Gerard, at his House, in Litchfield-Street, St. Anne's, Soho, on Monday, June 8; 1789, and the three following days, at half after eleven o'clock precisely. To be viewed on Friday, the 5th, and Saturday, the 6th, from ten o'clock till three. Catalogues to be had of Mr. Gerard aforesaid.
