St. Leonard, Shoreditch. At a vestry meeting held in the Parish Church on Tuesday the 1st day of March 1796, in pursuance of public notice given for the purpose of considering the answer of the vicar to the letter ordered by the vestry, held the 23d of February 1796, wherein it was requested he would permit a joint lectureship, to be chosen out of the list of those candidates nominated at that vestry.
