These comprise Printed report on the patients and finances of the Retreat, sent out to agents, reminding them about the collection of subscriptions, 29 June 1820 List of Lincolnshire subscriptions for the Retreat 1821 Printed reminder to agents on timing of collection of subscriptions, by John Candler, Superintendent, 1 March 1847 List of names and amounts collected by Bristol monthly meeting for the York Retreat 1848 Part of an incomplete list of names and addresses, possibly subscribers, 19th century Printed circular to Friends inviting appointments of Retreat agents so that a revised list can be made: suggests how Retreat may be supported further via subscriptions and bequests etc. With proof copy. c 1894 Typescript copy of letter from Bedford Pierce to agents, outlining the heavy costs of the Retreat and asking them to bring it to the notice of Quarterly or Monthly meetings of Friends, 10 December 1900
