Notes

Michael Smith comes from Kent. His company works with Artichoke as their web designer who have been working on this project. His company works mainly in the heritage sector and believes this project will help redefine how public spaces are perceived. While on the plinth he will be blowing up balloons and attaching bank notes and a little note with his contact details to the balloons and hopes when people find them they will call him to tell him where they were found and whether the notes will gain more value because of being used as part of this project.
