The present state of Scotland consider'd: and its declining and sinking condition charged upon the conduct of the landed gentlemen, &c. Shewing That they have involved themselves, and their Country, in Poverty. That the only Mean of relieving their Estates, of suppressing destructive Trades, and saving Scotland from impending Ruin, is by their joining together to promote Home Manufacture, the landed Interest being chiefly concerned in this important Attempt.
