About this work
Watercolour drawing of a ruddy, finely warty or papillary condition of the skin of the buttocks, with much thickening, but no ulceration - possibly papillary lupus. It affected the surface and fold of both buttocks and the inner surface of the right thigh at the perineum. From a middle aged man. Patient of William Morrant Baker, Assistant Surgeon and Clinical Lecturer in Diseases of the Skin, St Bartholomew's Hospital.
