Draft Agreement, with covering letter from T R G Bennett to H Jephcott (Glaxo Laboratories Ltd): "In case the situation should arise in which we desired to have another Company join the Corporation, I asked Mr Venning [of Bird & Bird, Solicitors] to prepare a draft Supplemental Agreement so that we could see in advance the lines along which he proposed this should be drawn up."
