About this work

Description

This appears to be a diploma stating the named person has passed all tests and is permitted to pratcise medicine. It seems to have been issued folded with the brief title on one side and the whole certificate (for display) on the other when unfolded. The coat of arms is the same as that on a diploma issued by the Collegio dei Medici di Firenze in 1806, indicating that may be the awarding body.
