Also includes copies of LAFC annual accounts (1970-1995), and correspondence re. the finances and source of income for the National Pure Water Association (NPWA). Any references to the 'fairy godmother' refer to Shirley Anne Hardy who provided a start up loan to Blount for the LAFC which he would later pay back.
