Notes

Rosemary Niblock is from Birmingham. She is known as Billie because she was naughty like 'Just William' when she was young and still likes to break the rules. She is taking a cake of the plinth up with her and will have pictures of all her friends and family on it. She does a lot of cake making. She is also going to promote Spice, an events group that she joined when she became single so she could go rambling in a group - the best thing she did with the group was tracking gorillas in Uganda, which led to her fundraising to pay for a young man to finish school. Spice has also taken on fundraising. She was a teacher before she retired and for the last three years worked with children who had been permanently excluded.
