Notes

Nick Troen comes from London but originally from Denmark. He has just finished a Masters in Entrepreneurial Business and has decided that banking was not for him after a brief stint in Copenhagen and also working at Innocent. He is currently setting up a Burritos restaurant in the East End. He went to Mexico and was inspired and thought there was a gap in the market over here. On the plinth he is going to build a giant burrito whilst wearing a poncho and Mexican hat.
