Description

Colonel Sprightly harrasses a woman in Kensington Gardens, leading her to call one of the keepers of the gardens, who is knocked down by Sprightly. The colonel is arrested and sent by a magistrate to a House of Correction, where he is forced to wear prison uniform and to have his hair cut off
