Notes

Kathy Ham is from Cheltenham and has travelled down especially to be part of this project. She read about the project in The Guardian, and has visited Trafalgar Square several times since it started. She greatly admires Antony Gormley and his work and was therefore naturally drawn to this project. She feels her time on the plinth is some time for herself and so has decided to do something that is typical of her day and quite useful. On the plinth she will be trying to complete the Guardian Crossword, whilst also raising awareness for the Alzheimer Society. To achieve this she will bring up a banner and some help from her friends and family she will also hand out flyers. She has already done promotion for this through interviews for the local radio and newspapers..
