This began as `a magazine for the residents, staff, friends and supporters of Mental After Care Association (MACA)' and grew out of a newsletter which was first produced in the spring of 1983 at the Ipswich hostel and ran for four issues. Later, by c.1988, it became primarily for the `users of Mental After Care Association (MACA)'s services' who also formed the editorial board and contains contributions by residents including poems, accounts of trips and events, cartoons, etc.
