Description

Microscopium Basilii Valentini sive Commentariolum et Cribellum ueber den grossen Kreuzapfel der Welt, ein Euporiston der gantzen Medicin. The frontispiece is a sepia drawing showing a man with a flowing wig, and in a gown kneeling before an altar inscribed 'Deo et Imperio': his left hand supports an armorial shield [of von Schönfeld?].
