About this work

Description

In French. Illustrated with rough pen and chalk drawings of sigils. etc. On the title-page is an inscription of which some words have been torn away. It appears to read: 'Opus per quam [sic] necessarium op[us?] [ad?] cognoscendos morbos sanandos Et aliorum'. Below this 'Hierosolimae apud me astrologiae inventorem'.

1 volume 1 l. + 38 ff. 4to. 19 x 14 cm. Original flowered paper covered boards. Two leaves have been cut out at the end, and the title-page is defective and repaired. Text within red chalk borders, headings in red. Ff. 26-36 are blank.
