About this work

Description

Many sheets of notes (holograph) recording Crick's repeated attempts to 'read' genetic coding, including a file of notes (holograph) entitled "Gamow's Stuff", and an envelope containing small squares of paper marked with the abbreviated names of amino acids (in multiple quantities).

The three files were originally kept in the same folder headed "Coding".
