Notes

Dave Ball lives in Cheshire but was born in London. He is a Picture Librarian at Sheffield Hallam University. On the plinth he is going to play the concertina as he loves it. He will play old pieces of music from 1800s that have been discovered in attics and junk shops. He talks about the musical groups he is part of. He previously worked in the steel industry and comments on the impact of its collapse on Sheffield.
