A full and particular account of the life and trial of the Reverend Doctor Dodd, Chaplain to the Earl of Chesterfield, who was capitally convicted, at the Old-Bailey, on Saturday the 22d of February, 1777, for forging and uttering as true, a counterfeit Bond, purporting to be the Bond of the Earl of Chesterfield, for the Sum of 4200 l. with intent to defraud Messrs, Fletcher and Peach, Esqin of the same. Together with the examination of Messrs. Dodd and Robinson, before the Right honourable the Lord Mayor, for the said Forgery, and their separate Defences.
