By Clement Downing, Midshipman on board the Salisbury; afterwards Lieutenant of the Victory Frigate, Fame Gally, and Revenge Grab, part of the Squndron employ'd by the East-India Company to attack Angria; and sometime Engineer in the Service of the Great Mogul.
