and "Agreed Report" of Meeting between Representatives of Imperial Chemical (Pharmaceuticals) Ltd and TRC, 8 October, 1942 ("This further meeting was called to resolove the difficulties that had arisen in connection with defining the field [i.e. penicillin synthesis], which affected the scope of proposed collaboration ... It was agreed that collaboration should proceed forthwith.").
