Certificate which (in this instance) has been completed in manuscript on 31 July 1804 by officials of the town of Schwerin (now Skwierzyna and in Poland). It asks for the bearer to be given free and unhindered passage as there is no infectious disease present in the town. It is possibly referring to plague. An embossed paper seal is attached below the text.
