Copy 1 Vol. 1 Note: With bookplate of Peter Mazell, engraver of the plates, and another of later date a member of the Graham family (of Gartmore?). Large-paper copy, extra-illustrated with engravings from Barr's Buffon (1797) and elsewhere and some original watercolours, mostly of monkeys. Some of the latter have pencil inscriptions by a later hand identifying them with legal personalities of the 1820s.
