Bodysnatchers. Part 3, Microparasites.

Last of three programmes looking at parasite encounters. We meet a variety of people whose bodies have been invaded by parasites and follow them through their hospital treatments. This part focuses in particular on 'killer microbes,' tiny bugs that can kill in minutes and can wipe out entire cities. Al Kresta fell victim to a flesh-eating bug that consumed most of his leg. We also visit a village destroyed by the virus Ebola and hear about New Yorker John Tull who was diagnosed with bubonic plague.
