Description

Watercolour drawing of the profile of the face of a man who had a large symmetrical patch of lupus erythematosus on his face, involving the nose and the greater part of both cheeks as far as the ear. The patient was aged 45, and had been a sailor. He suffered from the affection for three and a half years.
