Notes

Lionel Scales lives in Carmarthen, described growing up outside in Swansea, although he was actually born in London. He works for HM Revenue & Customs but talked mainly about his childhood, his family and his love of amateur dramatics. On the plinth he will be doing scenes from a comedy play 'Burt Reynolds, I tell You', where he will invite the audience to play some of the parts in script.
