With inserted typescript list of members, and Minutes of the meeting of 18th November, 1911 also inserted, and part of the Minute of the meeting of July 7, 1912. The Minutes bear the signature of one or other of the Chairmen, Sir Thomas Lauder Brunton [1844-1916], Sir George Anderson Critchett [1845-1925] or Sir Norman Moore [1847-1922]. Produced in London.
