About this work

Description

The attatched note by Heatley, dated Nov 1982, explains that this is "a full account of the extraction apparatus used at Oxford from the end of 1940", and was written by Heatley to help anyone construct or use the apparatus. It is accompanied by a photocopy of a drawing of the extraction apparatus. The typescript is undated but is assumed to have been written retrospectively by Heatley, possibly in the 1970s or at the same time as his attached manuscript note.
