Various items of correspondence (1934-36) concerning salary after expiry of Agreement. Also, further correspondence (1942), and copy of Minutes (extract) to Board Meeting 23 October, 1946, at which Carruthers was present. The Chairman referred to the retirement of Carruthers from Managing Directorship, as from 30 September, 1946, and his appointment as a Consultant to the Company from 1 October, 1946, retaining his seat on the Board.
