Notes

Lynn Harper comes from York. Recounts walking on Greenham Common as part of the CND marches in the 70s, making radical art at school in the 50s, winning arts awards by entering open call competitions in her local area and of her hopes and plans as tomorrow is her last day in employment as she has been made redundant. On the plinth she will be talking about what people do when they are retired. Have asked her friends and will read out some. Will also have placards with what you can do in York for free. Will also be reading bits from the "the Ancient Mariner".
