Collegium medicum. Author's holograph MS. MS. containing descriptions of materia medica, properties and uses of drugs, etc. and medical receipts, which follow each descriptive entry. Written in Latin throughout.

Paul Hermann of Halle was professor of botany at Leyden. After living as a physician in Ceylon from 1671 to 1679, he took special interest in Indian medicinal plants. His catalogue of the plants of Ceylon was published in Latin at Leyden in 1717.
