Notes

Michael Mooney comes from Glasgow. He doesn't really know what he is going to on the plinth but he has brought a flask of whiskey which is hidden in his sporran and will give four toasts on the plinth every fifteen minutes. On the hour he will toast the crowd, at quarter past he will toast absent friends, at half past he will toast his girlfriend as its her birthday and encourage the crowd to sing happy birthday, and at quarter to will toast London and say what it means to him.
