Notes

Janet Cooke is originally from Yorkshire but now lives in Bournemouth. She has worked for 25 years as a GP. In the last 10 years she has also discovered a love for music, so much so that she has taken up playing the clarinet and the saxophone and is part of a clarinet quarter and swing band with her sax. On the plinth she will spend some time settling in and then she will talk a little bit about medicine, happily answering any medical questions that public might have. Also plans to spend about 15-20 minutes playing some pieces with her saxophone and clarinet.
