Description

The frontispiece is a very crude symbolic water-colour drawing. Contents: On the first fly-leaf, 'No. 14 laurencin', and on the last 'aprouvé par laurencin'. This may possibly be the signature of Jean Espérance Blandine de Laurencin [1732-1812], a French littérateur.

1 volume 3 ll. + 133 pp. + 101 pp. + 71 pp. + 54 pp. 8vo. 16 × 10 cm. Original calf binding, repaired and rebacked. A leaf has been cut out after the general title. A name has been roughly erased from the t.p. and from the frontispiece.
