Description

Woodcut illustration from an edition of 1537 (16th year of Jiajing reign period of Ming dynasty). The bladder channel of foot taiyang originates at jingming (Eye Bright) and terminates at zhiyin (Reaching Yin). There are 63 acupoints on this channel (i.e. 126 altogether on both sides of the body), all of which are clearly labelled. See 'Lettering' for full list.
