An amusing US-army sponsored instructional film (one of a series) aimed at military personnel. The film provides information about how easily malaria can be contracted without taking precautions; it shows Snafu making a catalogue of errors such as not using repellent. At first the mosquito is thwarted in his endeavour to sting Snafu, then at the end the mosquito tells his son what he did in the war - Snafu's scalp is on the wall. Mel Blanc who also voiced Bugs Bunny provided the characterisation for Snafu. 1 segment.
