Biographical note
The General Officers and the Board of Management were formally constituted and elected at the Triennial Council meeting in Brighton on 17 September 1981, when a new constitution was adopted and the General Officers of the Confederation elected. The Officers comprised the newly created Board of Management, which was mandated by the ICM with the control and management of on-going business of the Confederation. The last date of the run of minutes for the General Officers is 1980, whilst the run of minutes for the Board of Management begins in 1981.
