Ralph Segreti is originally from Chicago but has been living in London for the last 3 years. He is a banker working in Canary Wharf. On the plinth he will be promoting the Chicago 2016 Olymic bid which is to be announced in 3 weeks time. Has a banner, bracelets to give out.
