A form of prayer, To be used in all churches and chappels throughout the Kindom of Ireland, upon Wednesday the fourth of Februrary, next, being the day appointed by proclamation for a general fast and humilation before Almighty God, to be observed in most devout and solemn manner, by sending up our prayers and supplications to the divine majesty: for obtaining pardon our sins, and for averting those heavy judgements which our manifold provocations have most justly deserved; and imploring peace, safety, and prosperity to himself, and to his kingdoms. By the special command of their excellencies the lords justices.
