Notes

Stephen Hackworth comes from Gillingham in Kent but originally from Dulwich, south-east London. On the plinth he is going to promote a friend's business (where he used to work) by holding a placard and wearing lots of balloons and cutting them free. He used to do stand-up comedy and he is currently unemployed.
