About this work

Description

This film is virtually the same as the reel marked 'no good' (5207F) but is in black and white (reversal print) but for the record it features a flesh wound on the leg followed by surgery (two-thirds of film) and then an African/Nigerian patient semi-conscious on a hospital bed. he is breathing heavily and gulping - he is offered water. It has an extra sequence; an African nurse tending to a male patient. The patient has his knee raised; the nurse is speaking but the film is mute so her words are lost.
