Notes

Tim Harris is from Nottingham. He liked the simplicity of the idea of the project. He originally wanted to participate to observe; now he has posted a telephone number on the website and hopes that people will call him while he is on the plinth. He is an arts consultant and has recently worked on a public arts project in Lincolnshire. He likes working on spectacles and public art. While on the plinth he will have a sign with the phone number and plans to relax and engage a bit. He is not comfortable being the centre of attention.
