Mary Chevallier, widow, the relict and administratrix of the goods of Nicholas Chevallier, deceased, late commander of the private ship of war the Stag, a pretended joint chafer and captor of the said ship and goods, - - - - - - - appellant. Against Henry Tozer, commander of the private ship or cutter of war the Providence, and Peter Tessier, master of the ship or cutter the Spitfire, joint chasers, and captors of the prize in question, - - - - - - - - respondents. Second appeal. The said Henry Tozer, commander of the said ship or cutter the Providence, - - - - - - appellant. Against said Peter Tessier, master of the ship or cutter Spitfire, - respondent. And against George Gostling, His Majesty's procurator general in his office of Admiralty, for the interest of His Majesty in his said office of Admiralty in both appeals, - - - - - intervener.
