Left, a poor family seeking alms and a sick man in bed being attended by a physician: these represent the statement that "the gout, stone, want and care Will seize thee soon: pain will thy hours waste, And tedious sufferings make thee sadly pay A cruel interest for enjoyments past" (translated from Horace?)
