The programme follows Sam Hashimi as he attempts to become a man again. Sam Hashimi, an Iraqi businessman, hit the headlines in 1990, when he tried to buy Sheffield Utd. FC. After his takeover bid failed, his business collapsed and his wife left him, taking his children with her, Sam went through a period of massive depression and decided to become a woman. After living as a woman for several years, he has now decided that he would like to be a man again. We follow him as he transformes himself into a man again and undergoes surgery to reconstruct his penis.
