Written on the rectos only.
Inserted are two printed folding notices on water-supply, issued by Dr. Dixon in 1878 and 1880 as Medical Officer of Health for Bermondsey, and a large folding copy of the printed "Report on the examination made ... September, 1877 of the water supplied by the Metropolitan Water Companies before and after filtration of the works" issued by the Local Government Board.
