Description
Volumes show staff names and hours worked weekly and comprise, four Joiners time books, including details for Labourers on some pages; seven Painters time books, including details for Labourers and Window Cleaners on some pages; fifteen Masons time books, including details for Slaters, Plasters, Tilers, Hewers, Carters, Stokers, Bricklayers and Labourers; thirteen Tradesmen time books, also giving details of jobs undertaken or location of work, such as 'clean troughs', 'concrete work at Rosehall Piggery', 'digging road', 'stoking heating and hot water boilers'; and one Works Department time book also showing rates of pay and details for Masons, Joiners, Plumbers, Painters, Labourers, Cabinet Makers and Upholsterers.
